Celebrate the Christmas season, Encores' style, with themed decor and menus.

We can host groups up to 48 guests (for sit down meals) or up to 60 guests for stand around/cocktail style events. Exclusive use of the venue included. Menus start from $95pp

Alternatively, some dates are available for shared venue arrangements. Menus start from $85.00pp.

There are still a couple of weekend dates free, and there is good availability for mid week dates.

Seafood bon bons (containing prawns, scallops, white wine, cream, butter puff pastry): $18 each Perfect as an entree or an extra to a festive spread

Cranberry, almond, apricot stuffed turkey, red wine jus, maple herb roasted pumpkin, duck fat roasted potatoes

Fully cooked ready to be served cold, or gently warmed. Main course portion size $30.00 per serve

Something Sweet

Christmas pudding, brandy anglaise (portioned per person): $12.00 per serve

Christmas trifle, soaked sponge, vanilla bean patisserie cream, strawberry, watermelon and rose jelly, with mango, stone fruits and seasonal berries.

(Presented in 15cm diameter trifle bowl ready for serving, approx 6-8 serves) $80.00 per trifle

All orders will include an instruction sheet for warming.
