Menu:

House bread, smoked salt whipped butter

Main course:

Australian Barramundi, slow roasted tomatoes, braised leek, citrus cream (gf)

Chicken breast pocketed with roast capsicum, Brie cheese, jus (gf)

Both served with sage and spinach pesto risotto, seasonal vegetables.

Vegetarian:

Grilled mushrooms, roast sumac pumpkin, slow roasted tomatoes and braised leek, sage and spinach pesto risotto.

Dessert

Spice roasted rhubarb Mille Feuille

Pavlova, fresh berries, lemon curd , raspberry sorbet (gf)
